The facilities at Shearwater's Explorers Village were top-notch. the helpful staff assisted me in organizing my journeys to fit my schedule and budget. the location was excellent, within walking distance to the falls, and there were great restaurants nearby, like Three Monkeys. I had an amazing white water rafting experience organized by Shearwater. the deluxe room exceeded my expectations, and the modern and clean bathroom was a nice touch. the on-site restaurant offered fair value and the food and drink selection was good. I highly recommend staying here.
Nothing was too much trouble.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The facilities were top-notch and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was abundant and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I also appreciated the convenience of being within walking distance of all the main attractions in the area. It made it easy for me to explore and enjoy everything the city had to offer.
There were a few minor downsides to my stay. I would have liked to have a chair in my room for added comfort.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the amazing breakfast options available at the hotel. The quality and service were outstanding, especially when I had the Eggs Florentine and Benedict. Another great aspect was the well-decorated and tidiness of the bedrooms. The beds were excellent and the staff did a great job of keeping everything clean and organized.
the fact that the pool was closed was quite frustrating. It would have been nice to take a refreshing dip, especially during the hot Christmas season.

It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do during our Christmas holiday. The outdoor area with the pool created a relaxing atmosphere, and the bar had a good selection of drinks. We also enjoyed the delicious coffee and excellent salads served at the restaurant.
The food at the in-house restaurant was not up to par. We found it more satisfying and affordable to eat out at nearby restaurants.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. The chalets were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Plus, the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to nearby attractions and activities. We also loved the relaxed atmosphere of the pool and dining area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The breakfast included in our stay was rather average, with a limited selection. However, this was not a major issue as there were plenty of dining options nearby.

The hotel is beautiful and flawlessly maintained. The restaurant, with its terrace overlooking the pool, was a highlight. The breakfast, priced at just $10, was definitely worth it. My friend and I even decided to extend our stay because we loved it so much. The location is great, and I highly recommend the nearby microbrewery for delicious food, good beer, and extremely friendly staff. The tents were a pleasant surprise, offering a comfortable upgrade from my previous camping experiences.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The location of this lodge was perfect for our Easter getaway. It was within walking distance of the main attractions, including the national park entrance. We also felt very safe and secure, thanks to the 24-hour security and parking facilities. The chalet we stayed in was absolutely amazing, with everything being new and clean. We were impressed with the problem-solving approach of the staff, who made sure all our needs were met.
The food could have been better. It was above average but there is definitely room for improvement, especially considering the price we paid.
